Where your enquiry goes

Your enquiry is stored in the website’s restricted administration area. A notification containing your submitted details is sent to info@softcrowntravels.com so our team can respond. Website hosting and email providers process this information as part of operating those services.

Bookings and applications

Our flight portal and third-party booking services operate their own booking processes and applicable privacy terms. If an application or booking needs information to be shared with a travel provider, institution or authority, we will explain what is required when you proceed.

Questions, corrections or deletion requests

Contact info@softcrowntravels.com to ask about your enquiry details or request a correction or deletion, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements. Include your enquiry reference if available.
